MICHAEL A. SOLAK
Mike has over 37 years of experience in healthcare facility design, development, and construction management. His extensive knowledge of healthcare operations and expertise in managing critical processes and procedures has contributed to the success of many complex hospital developments throughout the east coast.
Before establishing MAS Company, Mike served as Regional Vice President and Operational Lead at Hammes Company where he led the organization through a $180-million expansion and renovation at Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor, ME and a 419,000 SF multi-phase expansion and renovation at Miami Children’s Hospital. Mike has also served as Senior Vice President at Colliers-International, and Vice President of Facilities at Portsmouth Regional Hospital.
